The problem
Cravings hit when nobody is watching.
Late at night, alone with the fridge, a calorie counter does not care and nobody notices the slip. Then one bad evening turns into “I’ll start again on Monday”.
Hold My Fork · diet pact with your bestie
You two have done everything together. Now hold each other’s fork: a 30-day pact, one tap a day, and a bestie on call for every craving.

The problem
Late at night, alone with the fridge, a calorie counter does not care and nobody notices the slip. Then one bad evening turns into “I’ll start again on Monday”.
The Hold My Fork way
Pick what you are getting ready for together — the summer trip, the wedding, sushi night — write your own fork rule, and check in once a day. When a craving hits, your bestie holds your fork. Never skip a meal: the pact is about treats, not hunger.
How it works
One tap a day, an SOS for cravings, plates that open together, a kind way back after a slip, and each other on the home screen.
You have done everything together, so do this together too. Pick what you are getting ready for — the summer trip, the wedding, sushi night — write your own fork rule and send your bestie an invitation card. 30 days by default, or 7 to 90.

Check in each evening: Held or Dropped the Fork. The day, your Held days and the Pact streak sit on one strip for both of you. No calories, no food log, no goal weight.

Tap once and your bestie’s phone buzzes. They answer with “Got your fork”, a quick reply or a short note. It is always free and never behind a paywall.

Post a photo of your plate if you like. It stays blurred for your bestie until you both post, then the two open like polaroids — one diary for the whole pact.

Confess with Dropped the Fork. Your bestie forgives it (once a week) or grabs a fork with you: the streak freezes, it never resets. Same team.

The Streak widget shows both of you at a glance, and the Hold My Fork widget sends an SOS straight from the home screen.

Today, the SOS, plates and the diary, Forgive, widgets, Forks Up and the invitation card.

Good to know
Two adult friends (18+) who want to cut back on treats together for a set time — 30 days by default, or 7 to 90 days. It is a pact between friends, not a diet plan or medical advice.
No. You check in once a day with Held or Dropped the Fork, and you write your own fork rule in your own words. There is no calorie counting, no food log and no goal weight. Never skip a meal: the pact is about treats, not hunger.
There is no sign-in, email or password. The app creates an anonymous account after the age check, and you add the name your bestie sees. That account lives on your phone, so it cannot be recovered if you delete the app or lose the phone.
Your bestie sees what you add to the pact: check-ins, plates, notes and Hold My Fork requests. Weight is optional and stays private unless you both choose to share it; it never appears in notifications, widgets or share cards. Usage analytics are off until you switch them on, and there are no ads.
Premium is monthly or yearly, and one subscription covers you and your bestie while you are in the pact; only the person who subscribes is billed. It adds the Forks Up and Lock Screen widgets, the Plates widget after your first pact, your full weight history, share cards without the watermark and your own quick replies. The pact, check-ins, Rest days and Hold My Fork stay free.
